Follow the simple steps below to submit your request.

  • Navigate to the left-hand side menu on your Dashboard.
  • Click on “Contact Supports” to open the support request form.

  • Provide your email address and include your phone number ensure it’s one you frequently use as our responses will be sent there.


Filling in Your Details:

Enter your full name in the “Full Name” field.

Describe Your Issue:

  • Click on the “Reason for Contact” dropdown to select the category that describes your issue or inquiry.
  • In the “Your Message” text box, please provide a detailed description of your issue or question. The more details you can provide, the better we can assist you.

 


Tips for Describing Your Issue:

  • Clearly state the problem you are facing or the question you have.
  • Include any steps you have already taken to try and resolve the problem.


Submitting Your Request:

  • Once you have filled in all the necessary details, double-check the information for accuracy.
  • Click on the “Submit Request” button to send your inquiry to our support team.


What Happens Next?

  • After submitting your request, you will receive an automated email confirming that we have received your message.
  • Our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible, typically within one business day.
  • You can track the status of your request in the “Mail Tracker” section in the left-hand side menu.
