Dashboard Module

How to navigate to the dashboard module:

When you log in to Buro, many sections are displayed. Click on ‘Dashboard’ to see an overview of Leads, Offers, Contracts, Sales, Follow-ups, Activities, and Lead Sources chart data.


Dashboard Overview:

The Dashboard serves as the home screen, giving a quick overview of key metrics and access to the software’s main features. Upon logging in, users will see the most relevant data summaries, including figures and performance indicators.

Leads:

  • Displays the total number of leads.
  • Shows current lead count and percentage change from the previous

period.Offers:

  • Shows the number of offers created.
  • Tracks offer and their percentage increase or decrease.

Contracts:

  • Counts the number of contracts.
  • Indicates contract status and percentage variation.

Sales:

  • Measures sales performance.
  • Presents sales figures with a trend line for quick analysis.

Activity Feed:

  • Keep users updated on recent activities and tasks.
  • A list view that dynamically updates with the latest actions taken by users or system notifications.

Lead Source Chart:

  • Visual representation of where leads are coming from.
  • A pie chart breaks down the percentage of leads generated from various sources.

Time and Language Settings:

Allows users to customize their dashboard view based on period and language preferences.
